Shipping & Delivery
Nature Vet Shop ships veterinary medicines and supplements worldwide. This page explains how orders are packed, how long delivery takes and what it costs.
Minimum order
The minimum order value is $300. Orders below this amount cannot be completed at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are checked and packed within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Temperature-sensitive products are packed with insulated materials so they stay within their storage range in transit.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, typical transit times are:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait): 7–14 business days
- North America: 10–18 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection is the most common cause of delay and is outside our control.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and the destination country. The exact amount is shown before you confirm payment.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. If it has not arrived within 3 business days of your order being marked as dispatched, contact info@naturevetshop.com.
Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the price you pay us. They are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Some countries restrict the import of veterinary medicines, hormones or prescription products. Before ordering, please check what your country allows. We cannot refund orders seized or destroyed by customs because the product is not permitted at the destination.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-sent, but the second shipping charge is payable by the customer.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents before unpacking further and send the photos to info@naturevetshop.com within 48 hours of delivery.
If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier.
