Indication
Cattle and sheep
Indigestion, feed intoxication, anorexia, appetite stimulation after illness or surgery, rumen congestion, rumen weakness, rumen overload, rumen acidosis, constipation, gastroenteritis
as an adjuvant in acetonemia, ketosis, colic, tympania, liver dystrophy (convalescence after hepatitis and toxemia in sheep in pregnancy)
Pigs
indigestion of different nature, intoxication with feed, insufficient appetite, congestion, prophylactically against digestive problems in puerperium
as an adjuvant in the treatment of enteritis
Dogs
decreased appetite and constipation, gastroenteritis
as an adjunct in the treatment of hepatosis and pancreatic disorders
Ingredients
Content of medicinal and other substances in 1 ml of the preparation:
Active Substance
Menbuton 100 mg
Excipients
Chlorcresol 2.00 mg, Sodium disulphite (E 223) 2.00 mg, Edetic acid, Olamine, water for injections
Dosage
Calves, sheep, goats, horses, pigs, dogs.
For intramuscular or intravenous use.
Dogs:
0.1 ml per kg body weight daily, deep intramuscularly or slowly intravenously.
Cattle, horses: For intravenous use.
Calves (up to 6 months), sheep, goats and pigs:
Administer 5-10 ml per kg body weight, intramuscularly or intravenously.
Cattle:
Intravenously administer 5-15 ml per kg body weight, corresponding to 1 ml solution for injection per 15 – 20 kg body weight.
Horses:
Administer 20-30 ml per kg body weight, corresponding to 1 ml solution for injection per 20 – 40 kg body weight, intravenously.
If necessary, the treatment may be repeated once after 24 hours.
Contraindications and side effects
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or to
of the other ingredients.
Do not use in heart disease or in advanced pregnancy.

After intravenous use, increased salivation and lacrimation, muscle tum., spontaneous urine and feces can occur. Injection site reactions (edema, hemorrhage, necrosis) may occur after intramuscular use. Restlessness and increased breathing frequency are occasionally observed. In rare cases, it can become stuck, especially in cattle and after rapid intravenous injection.
