These terms govern your use of naturevetshop.com and any order you place with Nature Vet Shop. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Who we are
Nature Vet Shop supplies veterinary medicines, supplements and related products for horses, camels and other animals.

2. Products and intended use
The products sold here are intended for use in animals, under the direction of a qualified veterinary professional. Product pages are provided for information only and are not veterinary advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan.
You are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for the animal being treated, and for following the dosage and withdrawal periods given by your veterinarian.
3. Legal responsibility of the buyer
Rules on the sale, import and use of veterinary medicines and hormone products differ from country to country, and some products listed here require a prescription or are restricted in certain jurisdictions.
Before ordering, you must satisfy yourself that you may lawfully buy, import and use the product where you are. Placing an order is your confirmation that you have done so.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where the product is out of stock, where the price or description was listed in error, where payment cannot be verified, or where we believe the order breaches these terms or applicable law.
The minimum order value is $300.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout, and exclude any import duties or taxes charged at the destination.
Payment is taken in full before dispatch. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
6. Delivery
Delivery times, costs and customs responsibilities are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
7. Returns and refunds
Return rights, claim windows and refund timing are set out on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
8. Product information and images
We take care to describe products accurately, but packaging, labelling and presentation can change without notice from the manufacturer. Images are illustrative.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for veterinary outcomes arising from use of a product, for use contrary to veterinary direction, or for losses caused by customs decisions in the destination country.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been accessed by someone else.
11. Intellectual property
The text, images and layout of this site belong to Nature Vet Shop or its suppliers and may not be copied or republished without written permission.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
